- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
- Original packaging and accessories (if any) must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Electrical or electronic parts after installation or testing.
- Special-order or custom-specified items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
- Items not returned in original condition.
3. Vehicle Compatibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle (make, model, year, engine) before purchase.
- Returns due to incorrect selection by the customer may be refused or subject to shipping charges.
- We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.
4. Exchange Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, it may be exchanged subject to availability.
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Additional shipping fees may apply in certain exchange cases.

- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees may be deducted where applicable.

- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect selection, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
